摘要

電腦斷層掃描可提供大量資訊以協助法醫在槍擊案的判斷，如子彈出入口、路徑上造成的創傷、彈頭或其碎片的準確位置、預測可能的彈道分析，對案件調查有其重要的參考價值。本篇文章介紹兩個槍擊致死的案例，利用原始橫切面影像、多平面重組，以及三維成像技術輔助判斷。也同時討論影像檢查的優缺點、限制性，以及未來可能的進步方向。

Computed tomography can provide a lot of information in the cases of gunshot deaths, such as the bullet entrance and exit, the traumatic change along bullet path, the accurate location of the bullet or its fragments, and the bullet trajectory. This article introduced two cases of gunshot deaths, using original axial images, multi-plane reconstruction, and three-dimensional imaging technology to assist analysis. The associated advantages and disadvantages, limitations, and possible improvement in future were also discussed.
