Management of early stage of avascular necrosis of scaphoid-A case report

摘要
Avascular necrosis of the scaphoid (Preiser's disease) is clinically rare, and early-stage identification is challenging. We treated a 23-year-old male with curettage and a bone graft of his right wrist. The patient made a full recovery. Although there are no consensus guidelines for treatment, we found that simple curettage and bone graft is an effective and less technically demanding method.
