108年度餐飲業者自主建立食品安全監測計畫之輔導調查概況

Investigation on Self-management of Food Safety Monitoring Plan of Food Service Businesses in 2019

摘要


食品業者應實施自主管理,確保食品衛生安全。為瞭解餐飲業者自主建立食品安全監測計畫情形,衛生福利部食品藥物管理署(下稱食藥署)於108年度,針對餐盒食品製造業、旅館附設餐飲業及連鎖飲冰品業等餐飲相關業者,辦理食品安全監測計畫之輔導調查,其結果顯示餐盒食品製造業及旅館附設餐飲業者所建立食品安全監測計畫內容較完整;連鎖飲冰品業者則仍有部分業者尚未建立完善。未來持續規劃輔導及相關措施,推動餐飲業建立食品安全監測計畫,強化餐飲業者之自主衛生管理能力,確保大眾飲食衛生。

Food businesses shall implement self-management to ensure food sanitation and safety. In order to investigate the status quo of food safety monitoring plan conducted by food service businesses, Taiwan Food and Drug Administration held consultation for meal box industry, restaurants in hotels and beverage chain stores in 2019. The results show that meal box industry and restaurants in hotels were sufficient in self-management with regard to food safety monitoring plans, while some of the beverage chain stores were found insufficient. Therefore, continuous consultation and related strategies are recommended to enact food safety monitoring plan and to improve the management of food sanitation, safety and quality in food service industry, so as to ensure the food hygiene for consumers.
