臺南市中小學游泳錦標賽運動志工工作價值觀、組織承諾與組織信任之研究

A study on the work value, organizational commitment and organizational trust of volunteers in the Primary and Secondary Schools Swimming Championship of the Tainan City

摘要


目的:本研究應用較嚴謹結構方程模式驗證臺南市中小學游泳錦標賽運動志工工作價值觀、組織承諾與組織信任模型的信效度與研究假設。方法:本研究研究對象為中華醫事科技大學同學,曾經參與臺南市中小學游泳錦標賽運動志工。共計施測300份問卷。本研究應用SPSS統計軟體分析性別、運動代表隊經驗、就讀學制之百分比分佈情況。應用Amos分析臺南市中小學游泳錦標賽運動志工工作價值觀、組織承諾與組織信任模型信效度與研究假設的結果。結果:假設一、二、三均成立。結論:針對研究結果提出具體建議如建議相關單位可以透過小組討論與互動讓大學生參與運動志工提升運動的相關知識與經驗,讓運動志工能有成長與進步。

Objective: A rigorous structural equation model was applied to verify the reliability, validity and hypotheses of the work value, organizational commitment and organizational trust model of volunteers in the Primary and Secondary Schools Swimming Championship of the Tainan City. Methods: The subjects of this study were students from Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology, who had been volunteers in the Primary and Secondary Schools Swimming Championship of the Tainan City. A total of 300 questionnaires were tested. SPSS software was used to analyze the percentage distribution of gender, sports team experience and length of schooling. Amos was applied to analyze the reliability, validity and hypotheses of the work value, organizational commitment and organizational trust model. Results: the hypothesis 1,2,3 was supported. Discussion: Put forward specific suggestions based on the research results. For example, it was suggested that the relevant units could engage college students in sports volunteers through group discussion and interaction to enhance their knowledge and experience in sports, so that the work of sports volunteers could be improved.
