我國青少年桌球運動員運動心理技能與運動幸福感之研究

Psychological Skills and Sports Well-Being of Adolescence Table Tennis Players in Taiwan

摘要


目的:瞭解我國青少年桌球運動員在運動心理技能與運動幸福感之現況,以及運動心理技能與運動幸福感之相關情形。方法:研究參與者為國內國、高中生桌球運動員,其中包括男生360名,女生189名,合計549名,研究工具以運動心理技能與運動幸福量表,所得資料以描述性統計分析與典型相關進行分析。結果:運動心理技能與運動幸福感達顯著正相關,其中「可教導性」與運動幸福感之相關程度最高。結論:對於我國青少年桌球運動員之運動心理技能而言,可教導性與運動員的運動幸福感達顯著正相關。建議相關單位,在青少年桌球運動員學習期間,教練或師長多跟選手有互動與交流,並多給予選手正向回饋,便能提升運動員心理技能上的穩定,也能提升對專項運動的幸福感,將有助於持續參與訓練之動機與成效的重要因素,並有助於選手不提早退出競技運動舞台。

Purpose: The objectives of this study were to explore the current situation and the correlation between psychological skills and sports well-being of adolescence table tennis athletes in Taiwan. Methods: Descriptive statistical analysis and canonical correlations were adopted to analyze the data obtained from 549 Taiwanese middle school and high school table tennis athletes including 360 male and 189 female participants. Results: The results reveal that a significant positive correlation was found between psychological skills and sports well-being and the "coachability" has the highest correlation with sports well-being. Conclusion: From the psychological skills of Taiwanese adolescence table tennis players' point of view, this researched showed that "coachability" was correlated with athelets' sports well-being significantly. Based on the research, frequent interaction and communication with young table tennis athletes are recommended for coaches and teachers. With positive feedbacks from mentors, it will definitely improve the stability of young atheletes' psychological skills as well as their sports well-being. In result, it will therefore enhance athletes' motivation and effectiveness of continuous participation in training as well as reducing the possibility of early drop out from competitive sports.
