台灣心理資本研究之回顧與前瞻

Review and Prospection of Studies on Psychological Capital in Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在系統性地探討心理資本研究於台灣之發展。心理資本已於西方發展多年,且被廣泛應用於各大領域當中,然而自心理資本傳入台灣十幾年以來,亦不少學者投入其中,累積不少豐碩的研究成果,但始終缺乏研究系統性地回顧心理資本研究於台灣的發展。因此,本研究便以此為題,透過台灣三個重要電子期刊資料庫進行心理資本相關論文搜尋,經歸納及整理後得到78篇期刊論文。本研究依台灣本土的研究取向,將台灣心理資本研究劃分出調查型、論述型、質性探索型、介入型,其中調查型又依照其探討心理資本變項主軸分為前因、後果、中介或調節變項向度。研究結果顯示,台灣心理資本研究多數集中於2012年以後,以前因及後果變項為主,且有逐漸地往其他領域發展的趨勢。最後,本研究亦依據研究結果,嘗試提供後續台灣心理資本研究發展之參考。

The aim of this study is to explore the development of psychological capital in Taiwan. The concept of psychological capital has been developed in in the West for many years, and also been applied into various fields. Since the introduction of psychological capital into Taiwan for more than ten decades, many scholars have involved in this study and accumulated a lot of researches. However, there is still no systematic review of studies on psychological capital in Taiwan. Thus, Therefore, this study took this as a topic, and collected 78 papers concerning psychological capital from the three major electronic journal databases in Taiwan. According to the local research orientation of Taiwan, this research divides the research of Taiwan's psychological capital into four type: survey, literature review, exploratory, and Intervention. Among them, the survey research is also classified according to the antecedent, consequence, intervening or moderator variable dimension about the psychological capital variable. The research results show that most of Taiwan's psychological capital research has grown since 2012, and the previous causes and consequences are dominant, and there is a tendency to gradually develop in other fields. Finally, based on the research results, this study attempts to provide a reference for the subsequent development of Taiwan's psychological capital research.
