探討救生員授證團體之知識移轉-以中華民國紅十字會新北市樹林救生隊為例

摘要


隨著週休二日的政策實施後,人們可用於休閒的時間增加了,可休閒的活動項目及類別也隨著人們的重視與社會蓬勃發展的鼎盛風氣而逐漸多元化。台灣地處於亞熱帶?一島嶼國家,擁有相當長的海岸線,具備良好的水上運動休閒條件,然而一般人的水上運動安全知識不足或缺乏自救的基礎技能,以致於溺水事件頻傳。因此,具有專業知識與技能的救生員,是保障民眾戲水安全的關鍵因素。本文利用文獻分析法以及訪談法研究:在組織當中知識管理議題下最重要的一環「知識移轉」其思維下,針對救生員授證團隊,以中華民國紅十字會新北市樹林救生隊?例,探討在該一團隊中知識移轉的模式與應用。首先確認救生員授證團隊的願景及目標,再探討團隊管理之下知識移轉的情形,最後透過研究資料分析評估進行反思,以提供團隊的持續服務優勢與永續經營之建議。本文之結果可提供救生員授證團隊從知識管理策略思考成功且有效的管理模式,另外也建議團隊要運作成功除了使用知識管理策略外,領導者可選擇適合組織文化與發展的策略,相互搭配以達成最大的優勢。

After the two-day weekend the implementation of policies, the people leisure's time increased. With the people's attention and peak of the social's trend, types of leisure activities multiply gradually. Taiwan is an island country in the subtropics. It has the quite long coastline, good conditions for water sports and leisure. However people's aquatic sports security knowledge is insufficient and lack of the basis self-help skills, so that the being drowned events keep pouring in. Thus, lifeguards with professional knowledge and skills are sticking point to protect the safety of the public playing in the water. This article uses literature analytic method as well as interview method to study: under the thinking -Knowledge transfer, which is an important part of Knowledge management. Study about the process of knowledge transfer and application of the Lifeguard Certification of organizations. Take The Red Cross Society of The Republic of China rescue team in shu-lin as an example. First, confirmed its vision and goals, then discuss the situation in knowledge transfer. Finally, through data analysis and evaluation carried out by reflection. Provide the suggestions about advantages of continuous service and sustainable development. Results of this article may provide the Lifeguard Certification of organizations from the knowledge management strategy thinking successful and effective management mode. In addition use of knowledge management strategies to operate successful team, the leader may choose the strategy to suit the organization culture and the development, with each other to achieve competitive advantage.
