臺灣中部某醫院廢水處理場節能之評估

The Evaluation of Energy-Saving Management in a Hospital Wastewater Treatment Plant in Central Taiwan

摘要


本研究以臺灣中部某區域級以上醫院為研究對象,其廢水處理方式採接觸氧化法,操作管理上採連續曝氣24小時,耗費之電力及費用相當高,雖為必要開支,但也造成醫療機構之負擔。透過操作廢水處理設施之時間、頻率等方式,瞭解經由管理方式及間歇性的自動化操作後,放流水水質仍然符合標準規範,以期能降低設備操作之電力,達到政府規範之節電目標。以103年到105年間污水處理結果資料為對照組,實驗組則以季為單位調整污水處理曝氣時間,選定曝氣24小時、20小時、16小時、12小時、8小時、6小時及4小時,不同操作條件採間歇性曝氣,操作期間每週進行水質監測,經過4週穩定操作後,再持續操作至12週,才將監測數據作為比較依據。由研究結果進行整體評估,考量污水處理設備之耗材、藥劑以及維持費用,且經數值之比較後,最終選擇8小時曝氣時間作為操作條件。實際運作後,原水水質項目去除率約可達到85%以上,106年至108年平均用電量約73,441度,較103年及105年平均用電量約92,433度,降幅約20.6%,達到政府節電之目標,更替該院節省電費約104,624元/年。

This research was uses a regional hospital in central Taiwan as the subject. The wastewater treatment method adopts the contact oxidation method, and the operation management continuous aeration for 24 hours. The power consumption and cost are quite high. Even it is the necessary expenses, but also the heavy burden. Through operate the parameter of the time and frequency of wastewater treatment facilities, try to figure out that if after management and intermittent automatic operation, the quality of the discharged water can still fits the standard specifications, in order to reduce the power of the equipment operation and achieve the government's regulated power saving goal. Take the results of wastewater treatment from 2014 to 2016 years as the control group, and the experimental group adjusts the wastewater treatment aeration time on a quarterly basis. The quarterly basis selects aeration times for 24, 20, 16, 12, 8, 6 and 4 hours. And the different operating conditions are intermittent aeration. During the operation periods, water quality monitoring in every week. After 4 weeks of stable operation, the operation will continue until 12 weeks, then monitoring the water quality data for comparison. Assessment the research results, considering the consumables, chemicals, and maintenance costs of the wastewater treatment systems, and data comparing. The 8 hours aeration time is selected as the best operating condition. After actual operation, the removal rate of the raw water about 85% or more. The average power consumption from 2017 to 2019 is about 73,441 kWh, which is about 92,433 kWh from the average power consumption in 2014 and 2016, which is a decrease of about 20.6%. Achieve the goal of government's electricity saving policy, also save about 104,624 NTD/year in electricity of the hospital.
