國小高年級學生知覺教師創意教學、學習投入及幸福感之關係研究

A Study on the Relationship among Senior Students' Perceived Creative Teaching, Learning Engagement and Well-being in an Elementary School

摘要


本研究旨在探討台灣國小高年級學生知覺教師創意教學、學習投入,以及幸福感間之關係。以新北市部份地區國小高年級學生為研究對象,採問卷調查立意取樣方式來收集資料。共發放486份問卷,回收有效樣本為458份,有效率為94%。本研究採用「創意教學量表」、「學習投入量表」和「幸福感量表」三個量表,以SPSS資料處理分析。本研究主要發現: 國小高年級學生創意教學、學習投入以及幸福感間有顯著相關;學習投入對國小高年級學生知覺教師創意教學,以及幸福感有中介效果。

The main purpose of this study was to explore relationships among creative teaching, learning engagement and well-being of senior students in an elementary school in Taiwan. The survey method was conducted. There were 486 participants from New Taipei City with 458 valid samples. The valid rate is 94%. The questionnaires included Creative Teaching Scale, Learning Engagement Scale, and Well-being Scale. The results of the study showed that 1) the significant differences were not evident in terms of the perceived creative teaching,learning engagement and well-being form elementary school students with regard to different genders and gardes; 2) the learning engagement of elementary school students has an intermediary effect on the relationship between perceived creative teaching and well-being.
