摘要
⾼齡化問題成為世界各國不得不⾯對的問題，⽽⽇本為世界各國⾼ 齡化最嚴重的國家之⼀。⽇本已於2005年進⼊「超⾼齡社會」，於2015 年時以達到26.7％。⽇本⾼齡化問題造成⽇本勞動⼒減少，因此⼥性、外 籍移⼯、⾼齡者在⽇本勞動市場中扮演重要的⾓⾊。 ⽇本⼈⼝⾼齡化會造成勞動⼒不⾜⽽影響經濟成⾧，因此，為了維 持⽇本經濟成⾧與活⼒，促進⾼齡者之就業意願與就業能⼒成為當今⽇ 本社會的課題之⼀。 本論⽂運⽤⽇本官⽅數據及相關資料探討⽇本⾼齡者之現況與未來 發展。本論⽂整理⽇本⾼齡化狀況，其中分析造成⾼齡化之原因以及歸 納整理⾼齡化現況。並且探討⽇本⾼齡就業現況及政策，最後分析⾼齡 者就業之未來⾛向及其可能⽅案，並期望可成為台灣⾼齡者就業之借 鏡。

Nowadays, aging society is becoming serious problem in the whole world.Japan has became ‘’super-aging society’’ in 2005 and The rate of ageing reaches 26.7%. Aging society causes the shortage of labour. Therefore, female, foreigners and elder are play the important role in the Japanese labor market. This thesis is used official data and relevant material. In addition, I summarize the situation of the aging society in Japan and analyze the reason of the situation. Last but not least, discuss the development of employment with elder. By analyzing the employment of elder, we hope Taiwan’s employment of elder can be benefited.
