摘要

在這資訊發達的年代裡，許多事情可以用網路就完成，由於網路二十四小時不間斷不打烊，使得網路經濟蓬勃發展，帶動新的商業模式，結合新的想法進而演化出平台經濟的出現，平台經濟已成為現今主流的商業發展，各式各樣的新興行業藉由平台的發展模式如雨後春筍般的出現，帶來巨大的變化，不僅改變大眾的生活模式，也帶動全球產業一系列的變化，網路為平台提供新的商機，並以全球化的速率改變各地的消費模式，也大大降低生產成本，如此可見平台經濟的重要性。
本研究針對商業模式之文獻及手機回收的現況，以商業模式九宮格的探究手機回收之商業內涵，再者以SWOT分析指出手機回收平台之優劣勢
，最後建構出平台生態圈及手機回收平台之商業模式。

In this age of information development, many things can be done on the Internet. Because the Internet continues to fight 24 hours a day, the Internet economy is booming, driving new business models, and integrating new ideas to evolve the platform. With the emergence of the economy, the platform has become the mainstream commercial development today, and the consumption pattern has been changed at a global rate, and the production cost has been greatly reduced. This shows the importance of the platform.
This study is aimed at the business model literature and the status quo of mobile phone recycling. The commercial model Jiugongge explores the commercial connotation of mobile phone recycling, and the SWOT analysis points out the advantages and disadvantages of the mobile phone recycling platform.
Finally, the business model of the platform ecosystem and mobile phone recycling platform was constructed.
