隨著我國軍隊在不同部門大舉開放進用女性人力,有越來越多軍人因為工作的因素,在工作場域上結識另一半,進而共同組成雙軍職家庭。儘管國內研究對於雙薪家庭的研究已經相當蓬勃,然而關注於雙軍職家庭的研究仍十分有限。因此,本研究邀請12組雙軍職夫妻作為研究對象,藉由深度訪談法瞭解雙軍職夫妻相處的生活脈動,進而透視整個軍隊組職與社會的文化脈絡,以探討雙軍職家庭的職家衝突成因及應對策略。藉著分析雙軍職家庭的生存因素及經歷故事,重新檢視既有的部隊環境、文化背景並提出因應的政策建議。 研究發現軍隊文化、父權體制所傳遞及形塑的性別意識形態不僅建構了雙軍職夫妻的工作場域價值規範,並要求其依循符合軍隊所刻劃角色行為腳本進行互動。來自組織及家庭所提供的育兒援助,都能協助雙軍職家庭建構有效的決策與資源分配,以調和其面臨之職家衝突,並重塑雙軍職夫妻的生命軌跡。
With the opening up of female manpower in different departments of the military, more and more military members are getting have met their spouses in the workplace, and then jointly formed dual-military families. Although there is a large amount of domestic research on the issue of dual-salary families, there are very few studies can be found that discuss the issue of dual-military families so far. Therefore, this article focuses on twelve groups of dual- military couples as the research objects. Through in-depth interviews, we can understand the pulses of the lives of dual- military couples, and gain a more insight into the entire military team by analyzing the dual-military occupations. Family survival factors and experience stories, review the existing military environment, cultural background, and propose corresponding policy recommendations. The study found that the military culture and the gender ideology conveyed and shaped by the patriarchal system not only constructed the working field value norms of dual-military couples, but also required them to interact in accordance with the role behavior scripts described by the military. The parenting assistance provided by organizations and families can help dual-military families to construct effective decision-making and resource allocation, so as to reconcile the conflicts they face and reshape the trajectories of dual-military couples.
