專案管理應用於行動電話開發之關鍵成功因素

摘要


行動電話市場商機龐大,市場規模也逐年擴增,因產品競爭激烈故不管是品牌或代工業者都面臨市佔率或獲利率無法有效提升,有鑑於此現象,有必要對此議題進行研究。 回顧過去學者對專案管理的研究,主要集中在新產品的開發,尚未有從「專案經理」的觀點對「行動電話開發」產業進行關鍵成功因素研究,因而引發本研究之動機。本研究以台灣與大陸地區行動電話開發業者為研究對象,探討專案經理人對行動電話開發關鍵成功因素的認知,發放36份之學術問卷,有效問卷為20份,在各項衡量指標達到標準之後,採用分析層級程序法(AHP)對關鍵因素進行分析與探討。 本研究結合多位國內外專家學者的論點,透過文獻的整理進行研究,以專案管理作底層架構並加入行動電話開發業者的觀點,以分析層級程序法(AHP)為結構,建立四大構面共十六項關鍵成功因素,透過專案經理的問卷訪談與問卷的權重計算,實證行動電話開發的關鍵成功因素結果,分析後得知,「高層的支持」是主要影響構面,其次是「專案管理與執行」,其中「充足的資源分配」、 「技術能勝任的團隊」 、「專案獎勵制度」是主要關鍵成功因素。

The business opportunity of mobile telephone market is huge, the market scale is increased year by year too, because the mobie products are fierce in competition so no matter the brand or original equipment manufacturer who takes the place of industry face the accounting for rate of market or yield rate is unable to improve effectively, the phenomenon in view of this, it is necessary to carry on research to this topic. Review the past scholar study on special project management, concentrate on new development of product mainly, have from view of ' special project manager ' to ' mobile telephone develop ' industry carry on key succeed factor study yet, therefore cause the motive of this research. This research regards Taiwan and China that develops mobile telephone person of mainland as the research object, probe into the cognition that a manager developed the successful factor of the key to the mobile telephone of the special project, grant the academic questionnaires of 36, the effective questionnaire is 20, after several weighs the standard of reaching of the indicator, adopt and analyse the procedure law of the level ( AHP) Carry on analysis and discussion to the key factor. This research combines the argument of many domestic and international experts and scholarses, carry on research through the arrangement of documents, manage and do the structure of ground floor and view of the person who puts industry that develops mobile telephone into with the special project, in order to analyse the procedure law of the level ( AHP) Structure, is it construct surface 16 key succeed factor, calculate through questionnaire interview and weight of the questionnaire, special project of manager altogether while being four major to set up, real example key successful factor result that mobile telephone develop, learn after analysing, ' the support on the senior level ' influences and constructs the surface mainly, secondly it is that ' the special project is managed and carried out ', ' sufficient resource allocation ', ' group on technology can competent ' among them, ' special project incentive system ' whether main key succeed in the factor.
