水密門防洩漏測試機制與分析

摘要


特殊功能門在進行開發時,多會使用基本理論公式、編寫計算書,來驗證所設計出來的產品是否符合相關應力規範要求。然而,這類計算書的內容,通常受限於數學公式,所以只能針對部分規範要求進行驗證。此外,針對無法使用數學公式加以驗證的部分,廠商通常必須以製作產品實體的方式進行測試驗證。為了降低實體測試驗證的花費並加速開發時程,有越來越多廠商開始藉由電腦模擬分析(CAE,Computer Aided Engineering)報告,取代傳統計算書的編寫與產品實體的測試。 本研究以重大工程中常見的水密門門體為對象,針對傳統計算書所無法實施必須以實體測試方式進行之洩漏量測試部分,提出如何藉由CAE的分析結果來確保洩漏量符合規範要求。由於CAE分析並無法模擬水密門門體之洩漏量;因此,本研究是改以水密門密封關鍵性迫緊機構-防水橡膠膠條在承受預壓時,橡膠條所產生的接觸壓力與實際量測出之洩漏量間的關連,建立設計規範。並且製造門面板、橡膠與水箱進行實際測試,搭配更多的水密洩漏實際數據,來建立一種水密門洩漏量的最佳設計方法,除直接降低水密門成本,也減少製造水密門的時間,研究之結論可供未來相關之水密門洩漏橡膠選用之參考依據。

Design modelis validated by elementary theory formula during product developed step, but limited by mathematical formula,it cannot apply to all parameters. To solve this problem, the common way is make design model be the real product for validation.In order to reduce the cost of physical testing, and accelerate development time,more and more manufacturers using CAE and replace the traditional calculations. In present study,using watertight doors as research object.To analysis the leakage by CAE method and a Comparison with Computer Predictions with Experimental Results. Because CAE can’t imitate leakage for the reason that In present study change to comparing Contact pressure. Create a design specification. Manufacture of door panels, rubber and water tank, for testing with more watertight leak data,and create the best design method. The study conclusion is available for the future select watertight rubber.
