國人的政治人物評價、政府形象與施政滿意度關係之研究

The Study on the Relationship among the Politician’s Appraisal, the Government’s Image and Satisfactions toward Government

摘要

本研究以全國民眾為研究對象，探討受試者的政黨支持傾向以及居住地區對於政治人物評價、政府形象及施政滿意度三者是否具有差異；同時探討受試者對公務員及民意代表的評價是否會經由政府形象的中介而影響施政滿意度。本研究以問卷調查台灣及金馬澎湖等地區民眾，分析回收的709份有效問卷後，獲得以下研究發現：
一、 不同政黨支持傾向的民眾對公務員評價具有差異性，泛綠政黨支持者的公務員評價高於泛藍政黨支持者及無特定政黨支持傾向者。上述的差異性會隨著不同居住地區而稍有不同。
二、不同政黨支持傾向的民眾對民意代表評價具有差異性。泛綠政黨支持者的民意代表評價高於泛藍政黨支持者及無特定政黨支持傾向者。不同地區民眾對民意代表評價具有差異性，中部及南部地區民眾的民意代表評價相對高於其他地區。
三、不同政黨支持傾向的民眾對政府形象評價具有差異性，泛綠政黨支持者的政府形象評價相對高於泛藍政黨支持者及無特定政黨支持傾向者。上述差異會隨著不同居住地區而稍有不同。
四、不同政黨支持傾向的民眾對政府施政滿意度的評價具有差異性，泛綠政黨支持者的政府滿意度評價高於泛藍政黨支持者及無特定政黨支持傾向者。
五、民眾的公務員評價會直接影響其對政府的施政滿意度，也會經由政府形象的中介而影響其對政府的施政滿意度。
六、民眾的民意代表評價會直接影響其對政府的施政滿意度，但並不會經由政府形象的中介而影響其對政府的施政滿意度。

The research is targeted at the general public. Mainly to investigate whether there are differences in politicians’ appraisal, the government’s image and satisfaction toward government between examinees’ party support and resident areas. Meanwhile, to investigate if politicians’ appraisal influences satisfaction toward politicians because of the government’s image. An outcome comes after analyzing 709 valid questionnaires examining people living in Taiwan, Peng Hu, Jin Men and Ma Zu regions.
1.There is a discrepancy in public servants’ appraisal among people supporting different parties. The public servants’ appraisal approved by pan- green supporters tends to be higher than that by pan- blue supporters and nonpartisan supporters. The discrepancy diversifies according to different residential regions.
2.There is a discrepancy in parliamentarians’ appraisal among people supporting different parties. The parliamentarians’ appraisal approved by pan- green supporters tends to be higher than that by pan- blue supporters and nonpartisan supporters. The discrepancy diversifies according to different residential regions. The parliamentarians’ appraisal considered by people living in middle and southern parts of Taiwan tends to be higher than other regions.
3.There is a discrepancy in government’s image appraisal among people supporting different parties. The government’s image appraisal approved by pan- green supporters tends to be higher than that by pan- blue supporters and nonpartisan supporters. The discrepancy diversifies according to different residential regions.
4.There is a discrepancy in satisfaction toward government among people supporting different parties. The satisfaction toward government approved by pan- green supporters tends to be higher than that by pan- blue supporters and nonpartisan supporters.
5.People’s public servants’ appraisal directly affects their satisfaction toward government, which is also mediated by the government’s image.
6.People’s parliamentarians’ appraisal directly affects their satisfaction toward government, which is not intermediated by the government’s image.
