在現今全球化知識經濟時代,資訊專業人員所從事的工作是一個需要高度專業知識以及高度創造力的工作。而資訊人員每天面對高度變化環境、高度工作時間壓力與超時工作下往往導致內心對於工作滿意程度的低落,如何解決並改善此問題成為組織目前重視的課題之一。本研究針對資訊人員,探討組織玩興氣氛、個人玩興是否會影響資訊人員工作滿意度與創新行為。研究以問卷方式收集資料,並使用PLS進行統計分析。結果發現,組織玩興氣氛對於個人玩興有顯著正向影響; 組織玩興氣氛與個人玩興對於工作滿意度皆有顯著影響;組織玩興氣氛與個人玩興對於創新行為皆有顯著正向影響。最後透過本研究實證結果與討論,讓企業了解組織玩興氣氛與個人玩興對於組織之益處,提供組織管理者在管理與設計上之參考。
Information technology industry requires highly specialized knowledge and creativity. Thus, information technology (IT) professionals often deal with great job pressure due to the rapid development of technology and overtime work, which leads low job satisfaction. How to solve this problem has become one of the important issues for organizations. In this study, we discuss organizational playfulness and personal playfulness of IT professionals on how to affect job satisfaction and their innovative behavior. We adopted survey methodology to collect data and used partial least square to execute the statistical analysis. The result shows that organizational playfulness and personal playfulness have a significant effect towards job satisfaction and innovative behavior. Finally, we proposed the practical implications for future researches.
