射出成型技術員教育訓練之研究

摘要


工業生產技術中,塑膠射出成型產業扮演舉足輕重的角色。其中,所牽涉到的學術知識背景既廣且深。射出成型技術人員在執行作業中,不僅需要有紮實的工程背景,並且在面對複雜且多樣的射出機臺生產成型參數時,如何找出最佳且最合適之生產參數將是成型相關技術人員的課題與目標。 以往塑膠射出成型技術人員的訓練養成皆為傳統”師徒制”,但往往資深的人員的離職或退休,專業知識的傳承便難以為繼。因此,建置一套專業且具系統性的訓練課程便成為加強專業人員訓練及確保工程品質的重要項目。 其中剖析參數調整流程中所涵蓋的塑膠射出成型四大要素,並推論技術員所需相關背景能力,策略性規劃與設計,進而發展出教育訓練模型、職能驗證項目並提供評估者驗證學習成效。此研究不僅可以協助建立一套技術員專業職能學習系統進而培訓優秀人才,更可以做為企業對技術人員績效考核的參考依據。確保企業競爭與獲利能力以因應市場競爭。

In the modern manufacturing techniques, plastic injection molding has been taking one of the most important rules in the history. Molding technique includes very complex background knowledge of science. So, during the molding operation, the way to analysis and fine the best molding parameters in order to achieve and best match mass production would be the final target for every molding technician. From previous circumstance, most of the training method relies on traditional tutor system, which teaching by staff technician from previous personal experience. However, the retirement and resignation of staff technician can also lead a huge training gap. Hence, build up fully professional and systematic training courses become an importance item to educate technician and guarantee the engineering quality. Analysis the molding parameters, which include four main factors of resin injection, and consult the background knowledge, strategy planning of technician, then develop training model, competency certificate and learning effects for the tester. This research can not only build up a competency learning system to sophisticate technical skill, but also becomes the reference of technician performance assessment. This can guarantee the profitability and competiveness of company in order to response to the marketing competition.
