全人雲端網課程活動App對品格與關懷能力影響之研究

摘要


隨著大學學歷日漸普及,新鮮人要突破找不到工作的魔咒,因此如何在大學時期就開始建立完善的就業能力,是當前每位畢業生在離開學校前所面臨的重要課題。針對各家人力銀行對企業徵才時所注重的職能需求進行調查發現,現代的企業選才時特別重視應徵者的品格、團隊精神、主動積極、溝通協調能力、工作熱誠、危機處理、應變反應、邏輯推理、負責任、工作具效率等特質,各項的專業能力反而是可以學習的。 網路的興起及數位學習影響了傳統學習方式,對於以往的線上學習系統是透過數位教材與學習者單一互動,缺乏互動性,使學習者在學習上感到乏味無趣。在提倡全人教育的理念下,以跨學科與非專業上的學習,將通識教育與跨學科整合網站中,以互動學習為導向,使學習者能即時在App課程活動上互動,促進學習成效。本計畫擬以全人雲端發展網的特性,設計e-HO課程活動App課程活動,並設計與品格關懷相關活動,以簡單清楚傳達品格與關懷的重要性,以能力衡量誠實與負責、尊重與態度、品格認知、品格認同、關懷與服務、App使用者品格與關懷活動延伸之構面。 實驗方式以單組前後測之實驗方法對254位進行施測,經過八週活動後,排除無效樣本後,共103進行分析。以成對樣本ANOVA檢視參與者經過活動後對各構面是否影響。研究結果發現使用App參與課程活動前後測結果在六個構面中: 一、品格認同、關懷與服務、App使用者品格與關懷活動延伸並未達顯著影響,顯示未能透活動後較具有顯著的影響。 二、誠實與負責、尊重與態度、品格認知達到顯著效果,顯示透過品品禮2.0 App課程活動對品格與關懷能力具有影響。

A university degree has become more common in the modern society, the most effective method for a new graduate first time job seekers to break the curse of unemployment.Therefore, how to prepare and build the abilities for future employment during university, is a very important subject for all graduates prior to graduation. According to research conducted on the various recruitment agencies responsible for corporate recruitments, modern corporations focus on the candidate’s traits, such as the character, teamwork, proactiveness, communication and coordination skills, passion for the job, crisis management, responsiveness, logical reasoning, responsibility, and efficiency and effectiveness to complete a job, and not on the specific expertise, which can be learned on the job. The traditional learning system has been affected by the emergence of the internet and e-Learning. Learners enrolled in e-Learning courses may find the process dull, due to the one way interaction of the course and the learner. In order to promote the belief of a holistic learning experience, in the interdisciplinary and non-specialized leaning, with a interactive leaning experience driven website focused on general education and interdisciplinary skills, allowing real time interaction with learners through a mobile APP, to enhance the effectiveness of the learning experience. This project utilities the characteristics of a holistic cloud, by designing e-HO APP lecture room activities, and designing related activities regarding character and building, to clearly and concisely communicate the importance of character and caring, With the ability to measure the honesty and responsibility, respect and attitude, character recognition, character recognition, care and services, App users character and caring dimension. Experimental approach to the single-group pretest-posttest of the experimental method 254 for Surveying, after eight weeks after the event, excluding invalid samples, a total of 103 for analysis. View by paired ANOVA after participants through activities of various dimensions are affected. The results showed that participation in curriculum activities using App posttest results in six dimensions: 1.A, character recognition, care and services, App users character and care activities did not reach a significant impact extends to display failed to thoroughly than after the event has significant influence. 2.Honesty and responsibility, respect and attitude, character recognition achieved remarkable results, displayed goods products through ritual 2.0 App curricular activities for character and ability to have an impact on care.
