應用田口方法及主成份分析於多重品質特性之研究-以紙管業為例

摘要


本研究結合田口方法與主成份分析,以D^2MAIC此具有系統性的改善邏輯為基礎,與產業特性進行結合,建構出一適合製造業探討多重品質特性之模式,以解決過去田口方法在進行多品質特性之參數最佳化較無判斷基礎的問題。透過參考個案進行驗證,結果顯示,不良率由5%降至1.99%,降低幅度達60.2 %,證實其可行性。

This research combine Taguchi Method and Principal Component Analysis, and base on the D^2MAIC model which is a systematic improvement logic, then according the industry characteristic to create a new model that can apply on manufacturing industry to solve the multiple quality characteristics problem. Using a case to verify this model, the result show that the defective rate decreased from 5% to 1.99%, the margin of improvement is 60.2%.
