運用基於決策實驗分析法之網路分析於家庭選擇露營地關鍵因素

To Explore Critical Factors of the Family Preference for Campsites with DEMATEL-Based Analytic Network Process

摘要


現代社會愈來愈重視家庭關係,露營成為營造家庭關係的熱門活動之一。本研究旨在探討現今家庭對於露營地之評選要素,採用文獻資料分析法收集學術界對於家庭露營地評選之相關文獻,建立目前適合家庭露營評選之研究四項構面十二項準則,研究對象為二十組具三年以上經驗,露營次數達十二次以上之家庭,資料分析採「決策實驗分析法為基礎的網路分析程序法」。 研究結果顯示,「經營管理屬性」、「活動設施屬性」、「社會環境屬性」是影響露營地評選的關鍵構面,且由因果圖顯示欲有效改善關鍵因素之績效,可從「經營管理屬性」著手改善,因為「經營管理屬性」會影響「社會環境屬性」且與「活動設施屬性」互相影響,故由「經營管理屬性」構面開始改善較具合理性,在準則方面,「露營收費高低」、「公共設施完善」、「營區較為原始自然」、「舉辦團康活動」、「足夠的空間」、「提供多種遊樂設施」是影響露營地評選的關鍵,而「露營收費高低」會影響「營區較為原始自然」、「舉辦團康活動」、「足夠的空間」、「提供多種遊樂設施」等四項準則,「露營收費高低」與「公共設施完善」兩者相互影響,但「公共設施完善」影響「露營收費高低」較高一些,所以先改善公共設施再制定合理的露營收費價格,營主能從關鍵因素開始改善或是開發,以最小的資源達到最大的效益,不僅能從根本上提升露營地的品質,更能符合家庭露營者的期待。

In modern society, the parent-child relationship is valued, and camping has become one of the popular leisure activities to strengthen family bonds .The research intends to investigate the key success factors of the family’s choices of the campsites. In this study, the document analysis method was used to collect relevant literature on the selection of family campsites ,establishing four attribute and twelve criteria, the research object are twenty families with more than three years of experience and more than twelve camping times. The collected data is analyzed by Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytic Network Process (ANP). The research results show that "management attributes", "activity facility attributes", and "social environment attributes" are the key success factor that affect the selection of campsites. And the effect diagram shows that the performance of the key factors to be effectively can be improved from the "management attributes", because the "management attributes" will affect the "social environmental attributes" and interact effectively with the "active facility attributes", Therefore, it is more reasonable to start to improve from the "management attributes", In terms of criteria, " camping fare”, "complete public facilities", "campsites are more natural", "organization of group recreation activities", "enough space", and "provide a variety of recreational facilities" are the key factors affecting the selection of campsites. The "camping fare " will affect the four criteria of "camping area is more natural", "organizing group recreation activities", "enough space", "providing a variety of recreational facilities", "camping fare " and "complete public facilities" two influence each other, but the "complete public facilities" affects the higher " camping fare”, so improving public facilities first and then setting reasonable camping fare, if the owner fundamentally can start to improve or develop from the key factors it not only improve the quality of campsites, but also meets the expectations of family campers.
