領導型態、企業文化與組織績效之關係—以台灣高科技電子產業為例

摘要


自1970年代以來,高科技產業一直是推動一地區經濟發展最重要的產業。因此,高科技產業的發展常被視為一國邁向已開發國家的經濟指標,更是推動一國未來經濟發展最重要的原動力,高科技產業的研究因此十分重要(Glasmeier, 1986)。本研究以人口統計變項為基礎,透過文獻探討針對領導型態、組織文化以及組織績效之變數來探討,再透過SPSS統計軟體探討領導型態、組織文化以及組織績效之變數因果關係,並同時對因果關係進行假設檢定。研究結果有助高科技產業廠商業者根據本身不同的產業以及公司的類型,塑造適合公司本身之策略。

Since 1970 ages, the High Technology Industry always is impels a local economy to develop the most important industry. Therefore, the development of the High Technology Industry is often seen to a country to head into the economic beacon of the developed nations. Pushing more in the future a country is economic to develop the most important motive force. The research of the High Technology Industry therefore very important (Glasmeier, 1986). This research takes the census taking variable as foundation. Aiming at the variable of leadership type. The organization culture and the organization performance through the cultural heritage study to inquire into. Again through SPSS statistics the software inquire into the leadership type, organization culture and organization performance of the variable cause and effect relation. and carry on assumption to examine to the cause and effect relation in the meantime. The research has already helped High Technology Industry manufacturer's operator as a result according to oneself the different industry and the type of the company. Mold the strategy of the fit company.
