高齡者專注力與生活滿意度關係之研究-以苗栗市呼吸訓練課程學員為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討高齡者專注力與生活滿意度之關係。採用問卷調查法,針對苗栗市三處呼吸訓練課程之學員進行調查,總計回收有效問卷197份。研究工具引用自「李威駿(2010)社區大學學員的老化知識與生活滿意度關係之研究-以苗栗縣社區大學為例之生活滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具。調查所得結果分別以描述性統計、相依樣本重複量數t檢定、單因子變異細數分析、Person 積差相關等統計方法進行分析。本研究主要結果與發現如下: 一、高齡者之專注力男性優於女性。 二、高齡者受到年齡的影響,年齡越高,其專注力較差。 三、健康狀況良好之高齡者其專注力優於不好者。 四、有運動習慣之高齡者專注力優於無運動習慣之高齡者。 五、高齡者參與呼吸訓練學習時間越長,專注力提升越明顯。 六、高齡者生活滿意度女性優於男性 七、健康狀況良好者,其生活滿意度也較好。 八、高齡者參與活動越長,生活滿意度越高。 九、透過訓練之高齡者,其專注力與生活滿意度皆有所提升。 本研究最後針對結果與發現提出以下建議: 一、開設高齡大腦老化知識相關課程。 二、推廣呼吸訓練課程。 三、高齡者應認識自身健康狀況與身體的變化,並努力改善。 四、重視自身與親人專注力狀況。

This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the elderly person to focus the power of life and satisfaction. Questionnaire survey, participants breathing training course for three of Miaoli investigation, a total recovery of 197 valid questionnaires. Research Tools cited "Aging Knowledge (2010) Community College students and Life Satisfaction of Chun Li Wei - Miaoli County Community College Case Study of Life Satisfaction Survey" since as a research tool. The resulting findings were descriptive statistics, the number of dependent sample t test, single factor analysis of the breakdown of variation, Person product moment correlation repeated measures statistical methods of analysis. The main results and findings are as follows: 1.Concentration of elderly men than women. 2.The elderly affected by the age, the higher the age, its poor concentration. 3. The good health of the elderly person to focus its force better than a bad person. 4. The exercise habits of the elderly person is better than no exercise habits of mindfulness of the elderly person. 5.Elderly person involved in breathing - training longer, more significantly enhance the ability to focus. 6.Elderly female life satisfaction than men 7.In good health, their life satisfaction is also good. 8.Elderly people to participate in activities longer, higher life satisfaction. 9.Through training of the elderly, their mindfulness and life satisfaction both by lift. The study found that the final results for the following recommendations: 1. The creation of knowledge-old brain aging-related courses. 2.The promotion of breathing training. 3.The elderly should be aware of their own health and the health of the body changes, and try to improve. 4.Pay attention to their health and their loved ones mindfulness.
