高職生社團參與態度與團體凝聚力之研究─ 以臺中市私立高職為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市私立高職學生,社團參與態度對於團體凝聚力之相互影響探討。採立意取樣抽取臺中市私立高職一、二、三年級學生,進行問卷調查,共發出問卷600份,回收之有效問卷為585份。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析等統計方法進行資料分析後,所獲得之結果如下: 一、 高職學生社團參與態度,因性別、年級、參與社團類型、參與意願、擔任社團職務、參與社團頻率、零用錢、家庭教養方式以及喜愛與否等,均達顯著差異。 二、 高職學生的社團團體凝聚力,受到參與社團類型、參與意願、擔任社團職務、參與社團頻率、家庭教養方式、喜愛與否,而達顯著差異。 三、 高職學生之社團認知對社團情感、社團行動、社會凝聚力以及任務凝聚力等均具有顯著正相關;社團情感對社團行動、社會凝聚力以及任務凝聚力等亦均具有顯著正相關。另外社會凝聚力越高者,其任務凝聚力也越強。最後根據研究結果及發現提出相關建議,以供後續研究者之參考。

This study focuses on the relationship between the Attitude of Participating Extracurricular Activities and Group Cohesion for Senior High School Students. The questionnaires were used for collecting data. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, and a total of 585 questionnaires have contributed to the result. The statistical methods included independent samples, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The results were as follows. 1. The Attitude of Participating Extracurricular Activities for Senior High School Students showed a significant difference in gender, grade, group type, willingness, position, participation frequency, allowance, educational methods and individual preferences. 2. The Group Cohesion for Senior High School Students showed a significant difference in group type, willingness, position, participation frequency, educational methods and individual preferences. 3. The Senior High School Students Group Cognition, Group Emotions, Group Action, Social Cohesion, and Task Cohesion had a positive correlation; Group Emotions, Group Action, Social Cohesion, and Task Cohesion had a positive correlation. The higher the social cohesion, the stronger the task cohesion. Finally, according to the research results, it is found to put forward relevant suggestions for the reference of subsequent researchers.
