財富效果與生命週期對出境旅遊支出影響之研究

摘要

隨著臺灣的經濟發展、社會結構的改變，國民生活水準及物質生活品質的要求向上提升，對休閒生活的重視也與日俱增。為了解國人出境旅遊未來趨勢，本研究透過次級資料整理、分析，兼具社會需求、市場商機為考量，結合財富效果、生命週期為題進行研究。
本研究利用交通部觀光局民國96年至107年「國人旅遊狀況調查報告」原始調查資料進行實證分析，依據其經濟因素、社會人口統計、地理區位、生命週期、旅行相關因素及財富效果等特性，運用分量迴歸模型分析旅遊支出行為，探討家庭生命週期對於旅遊支出的影響，以及旅遊支出財富效果的驗證情形。
經由研究結果得知：1.所得與出境旅遊支出具顯著正向關係。2.教育程度越高與出境旅遊支出具顯著正向。3.年齡對出境旅遊支出會有明顯的影響。4.職業對出境旅遊支出會有明顯的影響。5.居住地區對出境旅遊支出會有明顯的影響。6.婚姻狀況對出境旅遊支出僅產生部分影響。7.性別對出境旅遊支出會有明顯的影響。8.旅遊季節對出境旅遊支出具部分影響。9.財富效果對出境旅遊支出會有明顯的影響。10.旅遊方式對出境旅遊支出會有明顯的影響。
整體而言，本研究結果對政府觀光政策制訂與觀光產業業者區隔市場與產品設計建議上，具有重要決策參考的意義。

With Taiwan's economic development and changes in social structure, the requirements for national living standards and material quality of life have increased, and the importance of leisure life has also increased. In order to understand the future international vacation trends of Tainese people, this study uses secondary data analysis and takes account of social needs, market business opportunities, wealth effect and life cycle.
Drawing on the original survey data of the "National Tourism Survey Report" from 2007 to 2018 by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of China, this study conducts empirical analysis, based on its economic factors, social demographics, geographic location, life cycle, travel-related factors, and wealth effects. This study uses the quantile regression model to analyze tourism expenditure behavior, and explore the impact of household life cycle on tourism expenditure, and the verification of the wealth effect of tourism expenditure.
The results of the study show: 1. Income has a significant positive relationship with outbound tourism expenditure. 2. The higher the education level, the more positive the outbound tourism expenditure is. 3. Age has a significant impact on outbound tourism expenditure. 4. Occupation will have a significant impact on outbound tourism expenditure. 5. The residential area will have a significant impact on outbound tourism expenditure. 6. Marital status has only a partial impact on outbound tourism expenditure. 7. Gender will have a significant impact on outbound tourism expenditure. 8. Tourism season has a partial impact on outbound tourism expenditure. 9. Wealth effect will have a significant impact on outbound tourism expenditure. 10. Tourism methods will have a significant impact on outbound tourism expenditure.
Overall, the results of this study can have a meaningful impact on the government's tourism policy making and tourism industry on marketing and product designing.
