運用身體上肢模擬標定動作於學習脊柱椎間孔、關節突關節之臨床X射線攝影檢查技術

摘要


由二十六塊脊椎骨所組成的脊柱是構成人體框架的核心結構,不論是站立、坐臥、彎腰及挺胸等各種動作,皆承載著人體活動和保護脊髓的重擔。所以,脊柱的正常與否,密切的影響著人體日常生活機能。一旦發生狀況,將對患者造成極大的痛苦和不便。臨床上椎間孔及關節突關節的X射線攝影檢查,對於脊柱、脊髓或脊神經的異常、受創與否,提供了重要的診治資料。因此,針對頸段、胸段與腰段脊柱之椎間孔與關節突關節的X射線攝影檢查技術的學習和運用上,分別施予上肢的模擬標定動作,掌握目標結構軸線垂直影像接收器的原則,不但可輔助學生學習椎間孔和骨突關節X射線攝影檢查技術,從而更能促使醫事放射師將此檢查技術靈活運用於實際臨床,最終提升檢查品質。

The spine is the core structure of the human body frame. It carries the heavy load of body activities and protecting the spinal cord. X-ray examination of the intervertebral foramen and zygapophyseal joints provides important information for the diagnosis and treatment. The simulation of the upper limbs for the intervertebral foramen and zygapophyseal joints can assist students and radiographer in learning and application for X-ray imaging and ultimately improve the quality of the examination.
