摘要


本研究利用工研院開發之雲端建築能耗模擬與分析平台(BESAP)來模擬評估我國銀行業建築之全年能耗,進行建築耗能特性及建築能耗強度(Energy Use Intensity, EUI)分析,並與台電提供之實際用電資料比較,進行模型輸入參數校準,再導入建議之節能方案以評估我國銀行業建築之節能效益。模擬結果之全年用電誤差小於5%,每月用電誤差小於20%,顯示本研究所建立之各分行能耗基線模型是可靠的,未來可透過聯結能源管理系統(BEMs)偵測之用電資訊,了解逐時用電狀況,進行排程修正,以降低每月用電誤差,提升能源預測的準確性。

This study used building energy simulation & analysis platform (BESAP) to evaluate the annual energy consumption of banking buildings in Taiwan, and the characteristics of energy consumption and energy use intensity (EUI) were analyzed. The simulation results were also compared to the electric bill provided by Taipower to calibrate the input parameters of simulation model, and then import the energy saving policy to assess the energy efficiency of banking buildings. The difference between simulated and actual annual energy consumption is less than 5%, and the difference between simulated and actual monthly energy consumption is less than 20%. It shows that the baseline of energy consumption of banking buildings established by BESAP is reliable.
