建構環境色彩調和配色計畫之系統化分析研究

A Systematic Analysis to Establish an Environmental Color Scheme Based on Color Harmony Principle

摘要


近年來,導入環境色彩美學對於推動「在地創生」計畫、社區總體營造及文化創意產業愈形重要,環境色彩規劃設計逐漸應用色彩科學度量方法,透過系統化色彩分析過程,建立一個既經濟又有效之策略和方法來提供環境色彩配色方案。本研究以正濱漁港色彩計畫為研究對象進行提升建構系統化環境色彩規劃設計有效性之探討。系統化環境色彩規劃採用科學化環境色彩調查工具,通過攝影、採樣、色票對色、色彩量測、編碼和分類來收集區域色彩,建立環境色彩資料庫,並發展出在地環境色譜圖。色彩規劃師根據色彩調和原則,結合在地相關利害關係人參與討論,完成配色方案。研究結果顯示,正濱漁港色彩計畫透過系統化色彩調和原則所規劃的配色方案,成功地引起了公眾的廣泛關注與讚譽,成為一個新文化旅遊地標,也是透過系統化環境色彩調和配色計畫達成地方創生的成功具體案例。

In recent years, it was more important to adopt environmental color aesthetics to promote the "regional revitalization" project, community development, and the cultural & creative industries. Environmental color planning and design have gradually applied color scientific measurement method to establish an existing system through a systematic color analysis process in order to develop an environmental color scheme with an economical and effective strategy and method. The current research used the Zhengbin Fishing Port color scheme as the research target to discuss the improvement of the effectiveness of the systematic environmental color planning and design. Systematic environmental color planning used scientific environmental color survey and tools to collect regional colors through photography, sampling, color matching, color measurement, coding and classification, to establish an environmental color database, and to develop regional chromatograms. The color planner developed a color scheme based on the principle of color harmony and the participation of relevant local stakeholders in the collaborative discussions. The results of the research showed that the Zhengbin Fishing Port color scheme has successfully attracted widespread public attention and praise. It has become a new cultural tourism landmark. It is concluded that the systematic environmental color harmony planning and design of above mentioned color scheme has set up a good example of regional revitalization.
