A pulsating neck mass may be an angiopathy of carotid artery, inclusive of anomaly, carotid body tumor, aneurysm or pseudo-aneurysm. A 70-year-old female presented with right neck mass for three years. A non-tender, pulsating, fixed and firm mass about 3×3cm was palpated over her right neck. Magnetic resonance angiogram revealed an anomaly of right common carotid artery. Because of rarity, we reported the case.
