This is an essay which discusses the I Ching ”book of change” annotated by a scholar in the Qing Dynasty, who's name is Pang, Zuo-Bang. That book's name is Zhou I Shi Zheng. I would like to discuss it from four directions. First, I introduce who he is Second, I discuss the motives behind his writing. Third, I introduce the characteristics of annotated I Ching. Fouth, I discuss his important views. On the whole, we can say the book's important characteristics are a sect which interpreted I Ching from historical events and people that read through all of this book. The other characteristics of this book are its Confucianist perspectives which are in accordance with humanity.
