在大規模體檢業務中,自動尿液流式細胞分析儀(Sysmex UF-100)已運用在尿液常規之檢查以降低實驗室之人力。雖然自動尿液流式細胞分析儀在定量尿液常規檢查上有良好的精確性與準確性,但對於尿中非細胞之成份顯少了解。本文乃探討自動尿液流式細胞分析儀對尿中非細胞成份與人工顯微判讀之正確一致性,進一步瞭解實驗室應如何設定各項人工複檢條件,以期盡量減少因自動化判讀所可能導致之誤差。
The novel automatic urine analyzer, Sysmex UF-100, has been suggested for lessening the labor of routine urinalysis in the large scale health examination. While the UF-100 generally performs accurate and precise quantitative urinalysis, detection of casts with the UF-100 was found to be less reliable than detection of cellular elements. We therefore evaluated a proper review strategy before introducing the UF-100 into labor health examination and other clinical service. Generally, the microscopic review should be performed especially to detect renal diseases when higher sensitivity for the noncellular components is required.
