本研究之主要目的有三個:一、建立20公尺漸速來回跑(20-meter multistage shuttle run test, 20-MST)的效度。二、建立20-MST的再測信度。三、依照Leger、Mercier、Gadoury和Lambert(1988)之最大攝氧量預測公式來估算10-11歲女童最大攝氧量的效度。76位10-11歲女童進行20-MST公尺跑測試,隨機抽樣各38位女童進行最大攝氧量及20-MST再測信度。測試結果,最大攝氧量為42.66±2.67ml/kg/min、20-MST為23.83±6.22次,20-MST的效標關聯效度0.75,而20-MST的再測信度為r=0.91;Leger公式的預測最大攝氧量和實測最大攝氧量的差異達顯著水準。由本研究結論20-MST可以應用於我國內10-11歲女童的心肺耐力之田野測試方法,但是Leger預測最大攝氧量的公式若欲應用在我國10-11歲女童上需經再進一步修正。
The purposes of this study were to: (1) establish the concurrent validity of a 20-m shuttle test (20-MST) (number laps); (2) establish the test-retest reliability of 20-MST; and (3) estimate the validity of the predication equation for (The symbol is abbreviated)O2max developed by Lerger, Mercier, Gadoury, and Lambert (1988) on female children of 10-11 years old. Seventy-six subjects underwent the 20-MST. Then 38 subjects were randomly chosen from the original 76 subjects to undergo (The symbol is abbreviated)O2max measurement and the other 38 subjects underwent the retest of 20-MST. The results of (The symbol is abbreviated)O2max and 20-MST were 42.66±2.67 (ml/kg/min) and 23.83±6.22 laps, respectively. The correlation coefficient of the (The symbol is abbreviated)O2max and 20-MST was 0.75 and the 20-MST retest reliability coefficient was 0.91. The estimated (The symbol is abbreviated)O2max which had been estimated by the predicated equation of Lerger, et al. was significantly different from the measured (The symbol is abbreviated)O2max. In conclusion, the 20-MST is a valid predictor of cardio-respiratory endurance on female children of 10-11 years old. However, the Lerger, et al's predication equation cannot be used to estimate (The symbol is abbreviated)O2max on female children of 10-11 years old.
