在競爭激烈的新產品開發環境中,技術、設備及原料快速的進步,且產品生命週期有逐漸縮短的趨勢,企業競爭者爲達到高度的顧客滿意、產品價值及延續性就必須不斷的創新產品。而確保新產品開發過程的品質是創新產品成功的關鍵因素。本研究主要探討如何建立有效的過程品質評估系統以確保新產品開發過程的品質。首先,經專家問卷篩選重要過程品質因素;然後,應用DEMATEL方法探討「顧客需求與滿意」、「產品規格需求」與「製程規格要求」三大構面及其相關15項準則之關聯性;最後,結合DANP方法計算相關過程品質要素的權重,以提供新產品開發人員進行持續性的改善、追蹤,以達到產品開發品質保證與客戶滿意度的預期目標。
In the highly competitive environment, new product development, technology, equipment and raw materials rapid progress, competitors continuously innovative and product life cycle of a gradual trend towards shorter. The manager expects to achieve the highest customer satisfaction, product value and continuity. In this study, we develop an effective quality assessment system to manage quality of new product development processes. First, the quality factors are selected by expert questionnaires. Then, the DEMATEL approach is used to new product development process to explore the relevance of the fifteen criteria for ”customer demand and satisfaction”, ”product specification and requirement”, and ”process specification and requirement” aspects. Finally, combined with ANP method to DANP calculates the importance degree. Provide future the new product development personnel, quality parameters of the product development process for continuous improvement, tracking, to meet quality assurance and customer satisfaction in the product development.
