This paper aims to drawing China's North Korean policy keynotes and perceptions on the North Korean nuclear issues in the Hu Jintao Era. The main result of this study is to find four keynotes of China's North Korean policy: firstly, keeping the stability of North Korean political system; secondly, solving the North Korean nuclear issues; thirdly, maintaining influence toward North Korea; and fourthly, inducing North Korea to ”open door policy”. And through the North Korean nuclear experiment, China's perception toward North Korea has seems changed, but it has still not reflected on meaningful policy.
