本研究的主要目的在探究技職院校女大學生生涯發展的影響因素,以提供學校生涯輔導工作的參考及應用。研究乃透過焦點團體訪談20名北部技職院校四技三、四年級或二技一、二年級的女學生,並參考紮根理論的資料分析程序,而建立一假設性的女學生生涯發展歷程之階層模式,模式最頂端爲人我關係及體驗學習二因素。本研究的重要結論如下:一、實務體驗經驗在面對生涯疑惑或生涯未定向狀態時,幫助甚多;二、角色楷模對女學生生涯發展有正向影響;三、女學生之生涯發展歷程中,與周遭重要人的互動關係影響頗大,這關係包括母女、父女、手足、同儕等。因此,本研究結果支持關係取向的生涯理論,主張人際關係的連結對女大學生生涯發展的正向影響。
The purpose of the study was to examine the influence factors of female college students' career development, which could provide career counseling and guidance for practical application. This study was carried out by the focusing interviews to the groups, including 20 female students. The grounded theory methodology was used as a reference to analyze the interview data. At the top of the model there are two broad categories: (1) experience of experiential learning, and (2) family and social relationship. According to the analysis, the conclusion is as follows: (1) In facing the career disturbance or career undecided, the experience of experiential learning helps female students a lot. (2) The role model has a positive influence on female students. (3) For female students' career development, the interaction with important people is a key point. The important people included their mothers, fathers, sibling, and peer. Therefore, these findings support relational approach to female career development. The researcher advocates the interpersonal relationship linking to career development of female college students.
