研究引用社會認知取向生涯理論(Social Cognitive Career Theory, SCCT)為基礎,透過實證研究的方式,瞭解餐飲技職教育學生在校內學習與校外實習的學習滿意度情形,並探討其共同對生涯自我效能與職涯選擇的行為之影響。本研究以大同技術學院餐飲管理系學生參加校外實習三明治教學之應屆畢業班學生為調查對象,並建構線性結構模型(SEM)應用AMOS7.0驗證此模式配適度。研究實證,校內學習滿意度與校外實習滿意度呈顯著正相關,校內學習滿意度與校外實習滿意度共同正向影響學生生涯自我效能,進而激發個人職涯選擇的行為。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among the learning satisfaction consisting of learning satisfaction in school and extracurricular practice's satisfaction, career self-efficacy and career choice by applying the SCCT model. Take graduating student that of Food & Beverage management department at Tatung Technology Institute as the investigation object. AMOS 7.0 statistic software was utilized to examine linear structure model. The empirical study discovered that learning satisfaction in school and extracurricular practice's satisfaction impacted career choices through their influence on career self-efficacy. Additionally, learning satisfaction in school was significantly correlated to extracurricular practice's satisfaction.
