建教合作對休閒運動管理相關科系學生之重要性及效益

摘要

全國大學生畢業即失業的現象已在國內衍生為重要社會議題，在進入職場前有無實習經驗已成為各企業單位用人重要評量因素之一，而建教合作又有其重要性及效益存在。逢此休閒運動發展如此蓬勃的時期，休閒運動管理相關系所學生畢業前的實習課程尤顯格外重要，有鑑於此，筆者採文獻探討方式去做一深入探討，發現建教合作對休閒運動管理相關系所學生有正面之重要性及效益，並能有效提升軟技能以及實務經驗，也能藉此對未來做一最好的準備。而對休閒運動管理相關系所學生在實習過程中，分為實習前中後期提出建議。實習前：提升專業技能與證照，抱持正面學習心態，不計較津貼。實習中：定期撰寫工作日誌，勇於接受並學習任何挑戰。實習後：分享實習心得並檢討反省不足之處，規畫美好未來。

National university graduates that the phenomenon of unemployment has been an important issue in the country. Found Leisure Sports Management that students of related departments of the importance and benefits of positive can effectively enhance the soft skills and practical experience. Also to make a future for the best, related to the Department of Recreational Sports Management students in the internship process into practice to make recommendations before, during, after:Before practice: Enhance their professional skills and certification, hold a positive learning attitude, do not care allowance.Practice: Writing a monthly log of work, the courage to accept any challenge and learn.After Practice: To share practical experiences and reflect on the inadequacies of the review, planning a better future.
