本研究旨在了解台北縣市教育行政人員在職進修需求及其相關影響因素,採用問卷調查法為主要的研究方法,依相關文獻編製預試問卷並進行預試,而後根據預試結果完成「教育行政人員在職進修需求及其相關因素之研究問卷」,對臺北縣、市教育局之職員進行普查,共發出450份問卷,回收有效問卷351份,以SPSS for Windows 14.0中文版套裝軟體為資料分析工具,採平均數、標準差、t考驗與單因子變異數分析、薛費法事後比較分析等方法進行問卷統計分析。 根據研究結果,歸納出以下結論: 一、台北縣市教育行政人員參與在職進修動機方面接近中高程度。 二、不同背景變項之台北縣市教育行政人員,其在職進修動機有差異。 三、台北縣市教育行政人員參與在職進修內容需求方面屬於中高程度。 四、不同背景變項之台北縣市教育行政人員,其在職進修內容需求僅在年齡、類別、服務公職與現職年資上有差異。 五、台北縣市教育行政人員參與在職進修阻礙方面屬於中等程度。 六、不同背景變項之台北縣市教育行政人員,其在職進修阻礙僅在年齡、婚姻狀況、服務公職年資上有差異。 根據上述研究結論提出建議,以供教育行政主管機關、教育行政人員及後續研究者之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the educational administrators’ motivation for participating in in-service education and factors affecting their in-service education. Questionnaires were completed by 351 educational administrators at Department of Education in Taipei City and Taipei County. Findings of the study were as follow: 1. Most of the educational administrators reported a high level of motivation for participating in in-service education. 2. Factors affecting educational administrators’ motivation for participating in in-service education were related to different background variables. 3. Most of the educational administrators reported a high level of needs for participating in in-service education. 4. There were significant differences in educational administrator’s needs for participating in in-service education based on age, position and years of experience. 5. Most of the educational administrators perceived a middle level of barriers for participating in in-service education. 6. There were significant differences in educational administrator’s barriers for participating in in-service education based on age, marital status and years of experience. Finally, suggestions based on the above research findings were presented for educational authorities, educational administrators and future researchers.
