6-Sigma品質管理系統自1995年美國奇異公司的成功經驗以來,逐漸受到全世界的重視,並被視為提升企業競爭力的重要工具,國內企業也自近兩年來陸續導入。本研究的目的旨在建立一個適用於國內企業的6-Sigma品質管理系統之推行架構。 在本研究中,我們採取深度訪談及問卷調查的方法,針對國內正在推行6-Sigma的幾家企業,探討其導入動機、推行方式、成效、推行的成功與障礙因素等,最後提出一個6-Sigma之推行架構。本研究並利用一家推行6-Sigma頗具成效的個案公司所獲得的實證分析結果,來修正本研究所提出的方法。 本研究的主要貢獻有下列三點。第一、我們根據問卷調查與深入訪談的結果,提供國內企業導入6-Sigma品質管理系統之時機與方法的參考。第二、我們找出國內企業推行6-Sigma時所遭遇的困難及成功推行的因素。第三、我們提出一個適用於國內企業推行6-Sigma品質管理系統的架構。 關鍵詞:6-Sigma,國內企業,品質管理系統
In recent years, there has been significant noticed in the application of “Six-Sigma quality” worldwide since GE’s succeeded in 1995. The Six-sigma had become a powerful tool of competence enhancement for all kind of businesses, and some local companies joined the quality system since 1999. The purpose of this research is to localize a Six-Sigma implementation framework. In this research, an in-depth interview and questionnaire survey are used to investigate the motivation, procedure, performance, successful factors and obstacles by several local businesses which implement Six-Sigma quality system. The findings of a case analysis of a company with strong commitment to Six-Sigma are used to fine-tune our proposed approach. The major contributions of this study are as follows. First, the research provides the timing and procedures of Six-Sigma implementation for reference. Second, this research reports the findings of an in-depth investigation to identify the successful factors and obstacles during implementing Six-Sigma in local businesses. Third, we propose a framework of implementing Six-Sigma quality system in local businesses. Keyword: Six-Sigma, domestic businesses, quality system
