台灣國際觀光飯店業者之創新行銷策略 研究-新竹喜來登為例

摘要


觀光飯店產業與觀光業息息相關,台灣擁有豐富的觀光資源,從天然資源至在地特色文化,整體旅遊型態朝向主題性旅遊、休閒健康及樂活等發展,近幾年觀光產業市場競爭激烈,深具觀光遊憩發展潛力。觀光業的興盛最直接受惠是飯店業,政府在其中也扮演重要角色。 為此,本論文將利用個案研究法,透過文獻資料分析與深度訪談的方式,針對國際觀光飯店業者進行創新的行銷策略研究。期望透過商品力、促銷力與感染力之提升,從促銷、價格與服務等面向,觀光業者必須創意的想法與行銷策略吸引消費者與激發潛在的消費者。

Hospitality marketing is highly dependent on the entire travel industry in Taiwan. Taiwan is rich in tourism resources. With abundant natural resources and diverse cultural landscape, travel patterns lean toward the development of themes, health and LOHAS. The hospitality industry is part of a larger enterprise known as the travel and tourism industry. Few industries are so highly interdependent as the travel and hospitality industries. Government organizations also play an important role in travel industry marketing. This research intends to explore detailed investigation and analysis the innovative marketing strategies by second-hand information of hospitality industry and current situation of Sheraton Hotels in Hsinchu. By the power of merchandise, promotion and impression, the hotelier must seek the best combination of promotion, pricing and service through creative ideas and marketing to catch the guests of guard and inspire potential customers.
