本研究旨在探討桃園市公立高中生休閒參與、復原力與學習適應之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異及相關情形,並探討三者因果徑路關係及復原力的中介效果。本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園市14所公立高級中學,共24,715位高中生作為本研究母群體,採用「分層比例便利抽樣」與「隨機叢集抽樣」方式抽取1200位學生為研究樣本,得有效問卷1127份,以「高中生休閒參與、復原力與學習適應關係問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、平均數差異檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與SEM結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市公立高中生休閒參與現況呈「中高」程度、復原力現況呈「高」程度,學習適應現況呈「中高」程度表現。 二、不同背景變項(性別、年級、家庭社經地位、每週零用錢、戀愛關係、學校規模)的高中生對休閒參與、復原力與學習適應之知覺有所不同。 三、高中生復原力與學習適應呈現中度正相關,休閒參與與復原力、休閒參與與學習適應則呈現低度正相關。 四、高中生休閒參與、復原力與學習適應三者間具有因果關係,且休閒參與對學習適應不存在直接效果,必須透過復原力為中介變項對學習適應產生間接效果。
This study was aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, and intermediary effect among senior high school students’leisure participation, resilience and learning adjustmentin Taoyuan city. The method is the questionnaire survey. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified ratio convenience sampling and random cluster sampling to investigate 1127 samples that are from 14 public high schools. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and SEM. The results can be concluded as follows: 1.Leisure participation, resilience and learning adjustment perceived by the senior high school students in Taoyuan City are significantly above theoretical average. 2.Students with different background variables have significantly different perception in leisure participation, resilience and learning adjustment of senior high schools in Taoyuan City. 3.Resilience and learning adjustment exhibiting moderate positive correlation,leisure participation and resilience,resilience and learning adjustment are low positive correlation. 4.“Resilience” is a moderate variable betweenleisure participation andlearning adjustment.
