Foreclosure market is different from general market such as without agency fees and lower average price, it’s an option for people with insufficient funds. This study investigated the relationship between price and area of foreclosure and when will people buy it. Using foreclosure data of Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung district court from 2006/10 to 2010/12 and quantile regression for empirical research. Keywords:Foreclosure、Quantile regression
