本研究旨在探討國民中學學校組織健康與教師組織信任之關係。採用問卷調查法為主要的研究方法,依相關文獻編製預試問卷並進行預試,而後根據預試結果完成「國民中學學校組織健康與教師組織信任關係調查問卷」,在台北縣市147所公立國民中學中,共抽取520位教師為樣本,回收有效問卷共423份。以SPSS for Windows 10.0中文版套裝軟體為資料分析工具,採描述性統計分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費法事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析等方法進行問卷統計分析。 根據研究結果,歸納出以下結論: 一、國民中學教師所知覺的學校組織健康情形良好,其中以「工作士氣」的知覺程度最高,以「機構的主體性」的知覺程度最低。 二、不同職務與學校規模的國民中學教師所知覺的學校組織健康有顯著差異。 三、國民中學教師組織信任情形良好,其中以「同事信任」程度最高,以「學校信任」程度最低。 四、不同性別、職務與學校規模的國民中學教師在組織信任上有顯著差異。 五、國民中學學校組織健康與教師組織信任呈現高度正相關。 六、國民中學學校組織健康能有效預測教師組織信任。 根據上述研究結論提出建議,以供教育行政主管機關、學校教育工作者及未來研究者之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers’ perception of school organizational health and teachers’ organizational trust in junior high schools. This study was conducted through questionnaires. The questionnaires were derived from the literature reviews, and then the questionnaires were pre-tested for reliability and validity. The samples consisted of 423 junior high school teachers in Taipei City and Taipei County. Findings of the study were as follow: 1.Teachers perceived a high level of school organizational health. 2.There were significant differences in teachers’ perception of school organizational health based on job position and school size. 3.Teachers reported a strong sense of organizational trust. 4.There were significant differences in teachers’ perception of organizational trust based on gender, job position, and school size. 5.School organizational health was significantly related to teachers’ organizational trust. 6.School organizational health was a strong predictor of teachers’ organizational trust. Finally, suggestions based on the above research findings were presented for educational authorities, school principals, teachers and future researchers.
