目前生態都市為世界各國主要發展趨勢,因此都市綠美化與永續發展成為我國目前都市發展的重要目標。都市地區相較鄉村地區具有更快速且密集的發展特性,由營建署(CPAMI)之「台灣地區住宅建築物屋齡比例」調查結果發現台北市住宅年齡33年以上者高達49%,由此可知台北市老舊住宅比例明顯偏高,老舊住宅幾乎形塑整個都市的樣貌,而老舊市區帶給人們殘破及髒亂的印象,如何再活化利用是一個需迫切思考的面向。如能將垂直綠化的概念結合老舊住宅建物立面做整體的規劃設計,不但能有效的擴展垂直綠化,並能改善都市風貌提升整體環境效益。 國內關於垂直綠化設計應用於公有建物上的案例已相當廣泛且成功,反觀住宅的垂直綠化設計案例則少之又少,且經過調查發現許多住宅垂直綠化後,面臨後續維護管理不易、系統生鏽等問題。有鑒於此本研究透過相關文獻回顧,了解住宅垂直綠化所面臨的問題,藉由居民問卷調查歸納整理出「便利」、「安全」、「美觀」、「環保及耐用」四大需求,以其為設計目標,研發出兩項垂直綠窗系統,並模擬施作於新光里之老舊建物及進行耐震分析。垂直綠窗系統改善維護管理不易、系統繡蝕等問題,且耐震結果顯示,垂直綠窗系統之荷重增量對老舊建物各柱、梁構件之安全因子影響是小的。
Currently, ecological urbanism is the major trend in the world, so city greenery and sustainable tourism development are become an important goal of urban development. Urban areas compared to rural areas are with a more rapid and intensive development characteristics. With the "Ratio of Year of residential buildings in Taiwan" by the CPAMI, we found that Taipei residential aged 33 years or more as high as 49%. It can be seen Taipei old building ratio is significantly higher, and almost the entire city is shaped by old residential. Because the old downtown gives people the dilapidated and dirty impression, how to activate and utilize is an urgent need for thinking. If we can combine the concept of vertical greening and old residential building facade to do the whole planning and design, we can not only effectively expand vertical greening, but improve the urban landscape to enhance the overall environmental benefits. In the country, the vertical greening design used in public buildings has been quite extensive and successful; conversely, vertical green residential design cases are considerably less. And after an investigation, we found that many vertical green residential are facing the problem of maintenance management , the rust of system and other issues. In view of this research through a literature review, we understand the problem residential vertical greening facing, and by residents questionnaire surveys, in this study, it generalizes the "convenience", "security", "beautiful", "environmental and durable" four requirements, with its design goals, develops two vertical Green Window System, and simulate applying for old buildings in Sunbeam Lane and conducts seismic analysis. The vertical Green Window System solve the problem the problem of maintenance management and the rust of system. Furthermore, Seismic analysis showed that the load of the vertical Green Window System affecting the safety of each column and beam element for old buildings is small.
