本研究採用「創造性詮釋學」方法,探討莊子思想對國中專任輔導教師在輔導工作上心的啟發,心的啟發聚焦輔導工作及自我照顧觀點,使專任輔導教師在實務工作有不同的思維模式與助人之時亦能照顧自我,以利維持助人工作者之信念與熱情。 本研究結果提出,莊子思想對國中專任輔導教師在輔導工作的心觀點,以「定心」、「淨心」、「明心」「中心」及「安心」五心法新觀點,提昇心靈層次之修養功夫;輔導教師助人過程,如何照顧自己,以《養生主》裡「緣督以為經」方法及五心法,使身心在無成見與執著下,可以保身,可以全生,可以養親、可以盡年。此為修心、修身之道,以利時時照顧自我身心靈內在需求。
The purpose of this study was investigate into “Creative hermeneutics” that through the Zhuangzi’s thoughts of inspiring minds among junior higher school counselors. The inspired minds are focus the best ways on the Zhuangzi’s thoughts to develop new views of counselling works and may take care of oneself. It was make counselling teachers get new thinking in their works when they help people. It facilitated the people who helping people to keep the faith and zeal. The research of results are training one’s frame of mind with “The methods of five minds” in counselling views: “Stop all the confused minds”, “Remove the obstinate minds”, “To treat things with clear minds”, “Use the moderate doctrines to regard everything”, and “Have peace of minds” so that face adversities likes in prosperity. Junior high schools’ counselling teachers should seize the day, always aware to training one’s frame of mind. According the Zhuangzi’s one of thoughts: “An accordance with the Central Element of our nature is the regular way to preserve the body” In this way, to retains no prejudice and no obstinate, to maintain the life, to nourish our parents, and to complete our term of years.
