均時電子光斑影像干涉術於振動量測之理論與實驗再探討

摘要


本研究首先將環境干擾因素加入考量,推導出改良均時電子光斑測量術之理論,之後採用由靜態電子光斑影像干涉術所得影像以驗證快速傅利葉轉換可將影像中所存在光斑項加以濾除,接著運用快速傅利葉轉換分別將傳統均時電子光斑影像干涉術以及振幅變動電子光斑影像干涉術實驗所得影像之灰度值加以比對,而深入瞭解以傳統均時電子光斑影像干涉術和振幅變動電子光斑影像干涉術所得干涉條紋之意義,並加以驗證改良均時電子光斑測量術和改良振幅變動電子光斑測量術之理論。 本研究運用改良振幅變動電子光斑測量術量測平板在非共振頻率下之振動行為,亦利用商用有限單元法套裝軟體ANSYS進行平板振動之數值模擬,將數值與實驗兩種結果交互驗證。
