近年來,供應鏈管理在學術界及實務界引起了廣大的研究,學者與企業管理者投入了無數的時間與龐大的金額在這個領域。在競爭激烈的時代,企業間的競爭已不再如過去一般,而企業間的競爭演變至供應鏈網路(Supply Chain Network)間的競爭。供應鏈所有成員必須以整體供應鏈的利益為最優先考量,並使本身所處的供應鏈體系能同時兼顧「品質」、「時間」與「彈性」,才能提升自己的競爭優勢。 本研究透過相異性質存貨策略的引用,比較存貨策略模式間之差異及對供應鏈存貨的影響。藉由分析四種存貨策略之差異之外,並比較參數因子的變化,對製造商的平均存貨持有水準與供應鏈總體平均持有水準的影響。 本研究結果發現,供應鏈資訊分享並不會為整體供應鏈帶來明顯的效益。若無法改善製造商與零售商間的前置時間,則唯有採取供應鏈導入VMI之途。供應鏈在應用VMI後,降低需求不確定性及縮短前置時間,將能有效的減少供應鏈之總體平均存貨持有水準。當不同期間需求的關聯性越強,使用VMI的效果將會越顯著。
In recent year, researches in supply chain management have been popular among scholars and business managers. They spend a lot of time and money in the field. In the era of competition, competition evolved from between enterprises to between supply chain networks. All members should consider the advantages of the supply chain. The supply chain system should focus on quality, response time and flexibility to improve its effectiveness. By adopting different inventory policies to compare the different strategies in the supply chain, the influence on the average inventory of the manufacturer and the whole supply chain as derived. In the study, the value of information sharing is found to be not critical to the supply chain performance. The reduction in lead-times using VMI in the supply chain is a possible alternative. With the use of VMI in a supply chain, inventory level is reduced due to decreasing in the demand uncertainty and lead-time. The case study also shows that the value of information sharing using VMI is more significant when demand is highly correlated with time.
