本研究旨在比較不同師資培育方式之國小教師專業表現上的差異。首先以問卷調查法,一為探討桃園縣國小主任知覺不同師資培育方式教師專業表現現況,另一則探討桃園縣國小教師自覺本身及知覺與其不同師資培育方式之國小教師專業表現;再以訪談法,訪問五位桃園縣國小主任,探究國小教師專業表現。 本研究的主要結論如下: 一、國小主任認為師範生整體教師專業表現優於非師範生。 二、不同性別、年齡、年資、畢業大學院校類別、任職學校規模之國小主任知覺不同師資培育方式之國小教師在教育專業表現上達顯著差異。 三、不同背景變項之師範生自覺其教師專業表現無顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項之非師範生自覺其教師專業表現無顯著差異。 五、國小主任與不同師資培育方式之國小教師知覺不同師資培育方式之教師專業表現間有顯著差異。
The purpose of this study was to compare the difference in professional performances of elementary teachers from different teacher training ways. At first, An questionnaire survey was used as methodology in this study. One questionnaire is to investigate how the elementary academic directors in Touyuan County perceive the difference in professional performances from teacher training ways. The other questionnaire survey was to inquire the elementary teachers in Touyuan County how they were aware of or perceived the professional performances from different training ways. Secondly, the researcher interviewed 5 elementary academic directors to explore the professional performances of elementary teachers. The main conclusions of the study were as followed: 1. The academic directors thought that the professional performances of elementary teachers who graduated from colleges of education are better than those who were not from college of education. 2. The academic directors of different gender, age, seniority, department of college , and scale of service school perceived the professional performances of different teacher training ways show significant difference . 3. Elementary Teachers of different background variables, trained from college of education perceived that there was no significant difference in professional performances. 4. Elementary teachers of different background variables trained from non-colleges of education were aware that there was no significant difference in professional performances. 5. Both Academic directors and elementary teachers trained from different teacher training ways perceived that there ere significant differences in professional performances.
