在產業發展過程中,隨著競爭條件與環境變化,產業不同的階段會出現不同的經營模式;因此,藉由了解競爭條件的改變,可推論出產業中會出現的新經營模式。矽晶圓太陽能電池產業的發展迅速,產業內的經營模式亦開始有所變化,本研究特以情境模擬分析法,搭配專家訪談法,對於台灣矽晶圓太陽能電池產業進行探討,進而推論出台灣矽晶圓太陽能電池產業之經營模式。本研究運用文獻回顧整理出驅動產業發展的重要因素,並進一步藉由產業專家篩選,發現驅動矽晶圓太陽能產業發展的因素,透過價值鏈分析及情境模擬,本研究發現:1. 矽晶圓太陽能電池產業處於專業分工之型態,未來朝向上中下游供應鏈垂直整合型態;2. 驅動矽晶圓太陽能電池產業經營模式改變的因素有:產業環境、技術變動、政府政策與法規及成本考量。
There are different business models in the stages of industry development for facing different competitive factors. Therefore, business model would be inferred by analyzing competitive conditions. Scenario analysis and expert in-depth interview are used to investigate business model of wafer-base solar cell in Taiwan. There are two major result found as follows: First, the business model of wafer-base solar cell industry will change from vertical specialization to vertical integration; Second, driven factors of wafer-base solar cell industry development included business environment, technology, policy and cost benefit.
