本研究採歷史研究法及文獻分析法,探討我國百年來技職教育學制之變革。本文以社經及產業特色將學制變革分為: 1. 工業社會萌芽時期(1862-1948) 2. 日本殖民時期(1895-1944) 3. 勞力密集工業社會形成時期(1945-1960) 4. 勞力密集工業社會時期(1961-1980) 5. 技術密集工業社會時期(1981-2001) 針對每個時期,先是探討政經社會發展及教育發展之趨勢,其後依高等技術教育學制、中等職業教育學制、技職進修教育學制、普通教育中技職教育學制等順序,探討其變革,並予以評析。 本論文共分九章,約有四○萬字,針對研究心得,提出九項結論及十三項建議。
This research utilized historical research method and literary analyzing method to examine the change in our technological and vocational education within the hundred years. The evolution in schooling system can be broken up into periods according to socio-economic and industrial change: 1. Industrialization period (1862-1948) 2. Japan colonial period (1895-1944) 3. Labor intensive industry formation period (1945-1960) 4. Labor intensive industry period (1961-1980) 5. Technical intensive period (1981-2001) In accordance to each time period, the socio-economic development and its correlation with education development is first discussed. Then, higher technical education, high school technical education, in service technical education, and technical education in normal schoolings are in such sequence discussed pertaining to their transformation. In the end, an analysis of such transformation with the various periods is being made. This thesis is split into nine chapters with about 400 thousand Chinese words. Through various research, nine conclusions and 13 suggestions are mad.
