摘要

在可持續發展研究中，發展是基礎，協調是關鍵，如何實現兩者的有機結合則是我們關注的焦點。本文在對可持續發展這一複雜動態具系統進行深入分析的基礎上，首先提出了基於人口、資源、經濟、環境和科技五個仔細同的PREEST系統模型；然後，已經架發展爲中心，還用主成分分析法對中國大陸1980～2000年度的可持續發展水平從綜合發展數和協調發展指數兩個角度進行了實證分析；最後，依據本文研究成果，就中國大陸未來的可持續發展提出了若干政策建議。

Based on the analysis of the sustainable development, the PREEST system model has been put forward including the population, resource, economy, environment and science & technology. In this paper, as the center of the economy development, the development level and the harmony degree of the PREEST system have been completed in Chinese Mainland during 1980～2000. Then, according to the integrated development index and the harmony index, some advice about Chinese Mainland sustainable development have been brought forward based on our research results.
